Information on online conflict resolution

In the first quarter of 2016, the European Commission will set up an Internet platform for online dispute resolution (so-called 'ODR platform'). The ODR platform will serve as a contact point for the out-of-court settlement of disputes concerning contractual obligations arising from online contracts. The ODR platform will be accessible via the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
